Who runs it

Granby House is a not-for-profit housing association. It is run by a committee of volunteers. There is a volunteer house manager, and four paid staff. A member of staff is on duty between 8am and 7pm every day. A member of staff is on call at night, and can be at the house in around 10 minutes if a resident presses their alarm button.

Who regulates it

As a housing association, Granby House it overseen by the Regulator of Social Housing. Granby House is also a Community Benefit Society, and is also regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
